PSA Peugeot Citroën has launched a precautionary recall on a selected range of Peugeot 107s & Citroën C1s
This follows on the back of a recent Toyota recall campaign on 8 of its models in Europe to solve a potential accelerator pedal issue.
PSA Peugeot Citroën has decided, in line with its stringent quality policy, to launch a similar programme for a selected range of Peugeot 107s and Citroën C1s which are produced in cooperation with Toyota in a shared plant.
This precautionary recall concerns less than 10% of Peugeot 107s and Citroën C1s in circulation in Europe only, ie 97 000 vehicles.
107 models imported into South Africa by Peugeot are not affected by this recall campaign.

Do you think Toyota will do bad with the congressional hearings? These recalls are killing them. Seen their stock after the recalls? Also web sites like americanjobadvocate are tearing them apart

What is scary is my wife owned a Toyota hybrid for 3 years. A couple times she told me that when she press on the brake it actually sped up the car. I thought she was imagining things.
