Crossways

Crossways Farm Village is the first project of its size in South Africa that will blend residential development with agricultural activity and, in doing so, create a growth point in impoverished rural areas through the creation of jobs and new opportunities. In recreating a farm village of yesteryear, Crossways Farm Village will provide housing for the whole spectrum of the community. It replaces the golf course in such lifestyle developments with a profitable, professionally managed farming operation in which homeowners hold an interest.
