TicketSpice’s pricing is famously simple and completely transparent, built around a low, flat fee per ticket. There are no setup fees, no contracts, and no hidden charges.
Standard Paid Ticket Pricing
The cost to sell a paid ticket online consists of two parts: the TicketSpice Platform Fee and the standard Credit Card Processing Fee.

Important Pricing Discounts:
- Low-Price Tickets: For tickets priced $5 or less, the TicketSpice Platform Fee drops to just 49¢ per ticket.
- On-Site Sales: When using the TicketSpice Box Office App for on-site sales, the Platform Fee for paid tickets drops to 49¢ per ticket (plus standard payment processing rates).
Free and Flexible Fee Control
- Free Events: If you are running paid events with TicketSpice, your accompanying free events are completely free of the 99¢ platform fee.
- Fee Control: You maintain 100% control over how fees are handled. You can choose to absorb the fees (pay them out of your revenue) or pass them on to your ticket buyers as a convenience fee. You can also add and keep any additional ticketing or convenience fees you choose to charge.
