The Mandela Bay Development Agency (MBDA) is a special purpose development company established by the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality in 2003, with support of the Industrial Development Corporation.
The Tramways Building Is a newly renovated events venue that caters to various types of events.
Our venue offers different spaces that bring people together from all walks of life through commerce, technology, entertainment, arts/creativity and development.
We hire out three event spaces for you to create your own masterpiece, out exhibition hall boasts a 22m x 30m floor space, the foyer area offers 15m x 12m.
We also have a 16x seater boardroom that we rent out.
