Cape Town audiences are in for a soulful night of music, food and nostalgia when acclaimed vocalist Heinrich Frans presents “The James Ingram Songbook” on Friday, 27 March 2026 at DNA Cafe & Eatery.
Part of the venue’s “Rhythm and Recipe” series, the evening blends live music with a dining experience, featuring a 6-course dinner and live show celebrating the timeless hits of Grammy-winning legend James Ingram. Guests can expect powerful renditions of classics such as Just Once, One Hundred Ways and Baby, Come to Me, delivered with Frans’ signature warmth and soul.
A respected figure in South African music, Frans has performed with the Cape Philharmonic Orchestra and shared stages with international icons including Jonathan Butler, Kirk Whalum, Oleta Adams, Diana Ross, Bebe Winans and Josh Groban. Known for his expressive voice and heartfelt performances, he brings both musical depth and authenticity to every stage.
