25-Night Suite-Escape

4 November 2025 by Guest

A one-of-a-kind experience incorporating five iconic retreats across Europe and Africa – from the mountains to the plains

Virgin Limited Edition, Sir Richard Branson’s award-winning collection of unique hotels and retreats, is celebrating its 25th anniversary today with the launch of a bespoke 25-night ‘suite-escape’ to experience five of its iconic properties across Europe and Africa. The bespoke escape sees guests enjoy five nights at five of its unique hotels, with all-suite accommodation, in some of the most spectacular settings in the world.

The package includes stays at Son Bunyola Hotel in Mallorca and Kasbah Tamadot in Morocco, both of which recently received recognition in the inaugural Global MICHELIN Key selection 2025 by The MICHELIN Guide, which celebrates the world’s most exceptional hotels. Son Bunyola Hotel, which opened in 2023, received One MICHELIN Key, while Kasbah Tamadot was the proud recipient of an outstanding Three MICHELIN Keys – one of only two hotels in Morocco.

Launched in 2000, Virgin Limited Edition comprised of a brand-new Ulusaba private game reserve in South Africa’s Sabi Sand, alongside the illustrious private island paradise of Necker Island. Its vision was – and remains – to offer remarkable retreats with a commitment to exceptional personal service and unforgettable guest experiences. Over the past 25 years, the collection has thoughtfully grown into a curated portfolio of nine unique properties around the world, each reflecting the spirit of its surroundings and deep-seated ties to the local culture and community.

Sir Richard Branson, Founder of the Virgin Group, delighted: “I’m so proud of all the incredible teams across our nine wonderful properties – they are the ones who bring the magic to life. I’m thankful for 25 amazing years and excited for the next 25. To visit any one of these magical retreats is nothing short of love at first sight.”

In celebration of the milestone, the exclusive 25-night escape allows guests to experience the extraordinary with:

  • A five-night stay at each of the following locations: Son Bunyola Hotel (Tramuntana Mountains, Mallorca), Kasbah Tamadot (Atlas Mountains, Morocco), Mahali Mzuri (Maasai Mara, Kenya), Finch Hattons (Tsavo National Park, Kenya), Mont Rochelle (Franschhoek, South Africa).
  • All-suite accommodation, including the exclusive Finch Hattons Suite, complete with private butler and chef, at the collection’s newest property
  • A private cooking class with the Head Chef at Kasbah Tamadot
  • Twice daily game drives at Mahali Mzuri and Finch Hattons luxury safari camps
  • An exclusive wine tasting and dinner with the award-winning winemaker at Mont Rochelle Hotel and Vineyard
  • Signature spa treatment at each property
  • All meals and drinks at Mahali Mzuri and Finch Hattons. Daily breakfast at Son Bunyola, Kasbah Tamadot, and Mont Rochelle and complimentary mini bars at all properties
  • Private return airport transfers at Son Bunyola and Kasbah Tamadot, and local airstrip transfers in Kenya
  • A one-way internal flight connecting Finch Hattons and Mahali Mzuri.

This specially curated package is available at a total rate of $85,000/£64,000 (based on double occupancy). Each hotel stay can be combined in any order, subject to availability.

From the beginning, Virgin Limited Edition’s properties have shared a strong commitment to supporting neighbouring communities and employing staff as locally as possible – 100% of the team at Kasbah Tamadot are Moroccan, and 80% at Mahali Mzuri are Maasai. In addition to staying in a spectacular series of accommodations, guests who embark upon the 25-night escape will have the chance to further elevate their trip through a range of transformative cultural experiences that are part of the fabric of each retreat. From taking tea in a Berber home to connecting with residents of the local Maasai Manyatta, and even the opportunity to volunteer with the properties’ dedicated charitable associations, be that teaching in the local primary school or helping to paint a classroom.

Over the past 25 years, the brand has made a significant impact in the communities that surround the properties through their charitable arms – including Pride ‘n Purpose (Ulusaba), The Eve Branson Foundation (Kasbah Tamadot), Unite BVI (Necker Island & The Branson Beach Estate, Moskito Island), and Inua Jamii (Mahali Mzuri). Key achievements, include the construction and operation of 30 pre-schools, five literacy centres and eight orphanages in the Sabi Sand, a primary school for 450 pupils in the Maasai Mara, and more than £1.2 million raised to help rebuild vital infrastructure following the devastating 2023 earthquake in Morocco’s Atlas Mountains. It’s a powerful reflection of a 25-year commitment to protecting land and empowering communities for generations to come.

The 25th anniversary package is bookable between now and 31st December 2026 at a rate of $85,000/£64,000 in total (based on two-person occupancy).
