4 Days Left to Register to Vote Online

3 August 2026 by Guest

Statement by Ashor Sarupen – DA National Campaign Manager:

All South Africans have one final last chance to register to vote, on the online voter registration platform, for the next 4 days only.

On Friday 07 August the Voters Roll will close, and after that no person will be able to register to vote or change their voter registration.

If you miss the boat, and remain unregistered after Friday 07 August, there is no process to get onto the voters roll correctly before the Election. And any South African who is not correctly on the voters roll will lose their power to vote.

These next 4 days, and being correctly registered, determines the future of our town, your city and your Country.

Getting the services you need, and getting your town or city working, is in your hands if you are correctly registered before Friday 07 August.

Together we can get South Africa working for all – but only if you are correctly registered to vote.

This is the last chance to participate in the November election.
