Bettingexpert’s supercomputer, BETSiE, has run it’s simulations for the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup to determine the winning probabibilites for each nation.
The supercomputer simulated the World Cup, 20,000 times. It took into account previous World Cup results, qualification results, Euros results, and projected the 2023 FIFA World Cup based on pre-tournament expectations and xG earned both for and against.
As per the 20,000 simulations, reigning champions USA (the USWNT) are favourites with a tournament winning probability of 22.70 percent.
Reigning European Champions, England, are second-favourites with the Lionesses having a tournament winning probability of 15.87 percent.
Hosts Australia are sixth-favourites with a tournament winning probability of 5.97 percent.
