Bok Women are queens of Africa yet again | SA News

Playing with a stiff breeze in the first half, the South Africans made the most of their scoring opportunities and crossed Madagascar’s tryline five tries in the first half, with Patience Mokone and Byrhandré Dolf grabbing two tries apiece.

They wasted no tine after the break with Aphiwe Ngwevu and Unam Tose scoring South Africa’s sixth and seventh tries in the first 10 minutes of the second half.

Madagascar hit back with two tries, but the South Africans showed composure to wrestle back control of the match and score another two tries, with Ngwevu grabbing her brace, before the hosts scored a late consolation try.
