July 2026 CallOrbit has launched a cloud-based contact center and VoIP platform that gives businesses of any size access to the kind of communication tools previously reserved for large enterprise operations. The platform is available globally and requires no hardware, no IT team, and no long-term contract to deploy.

The CallOrbit platform combines inbound and outbound voice calling, WhatsApp Business messaging, SMS, IVR call routing, agent queue management, call recording, supervisor monitoring, and AI-assisted call summaries in a single workspace accessible from any browser.

Teams can be operational in under 30 minutes. A virtual phone number is selected or an existing number is ported across, call routing rules are configured through a visual interface, agents are added to the workspace, and the system is live. No telephony expertise is required.

What the Platform Includes

CallOrbit provides a browser-based softphone, visual IVR builder, multi-level call routing, skills-based queue assignment, real-time supervisor dashboards, call recording with retention policies, voicemail transcription, live call monitoring, WhatsApp and SMS from the same inbox as voice, and a REST API for custom integrations.

AI features available on the Growth and Enterprise plans include real-time call summaries, customer intent detection, and in-call agent prompts that surface relevant information during live conversations.

Integrations are available with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Zoho, Zapier, and Google Workspace.

Who It Is For

CallOrbit is designed for customer support teams, outbound sales operations, BPO and outsourcing businesses, and any organisation that handles significant call volume and needs visibility into performance, queue management, and agent productivity.

Plans start at $25 per agent per month. A 14-day free trial is available with no credit card required. Virtual phone numbers are available in over 100 countries, and existing numbers can be transferred from any carrier at no cost.

About CallOrbit

CallOrbit is a cloud contact center and business phone system used by sales teams, support operations, and contact centers worldwide. The platform is built for teams that need professional communications infrastructure without the cost or complexity of legacy telephone systems.

Social media is becoming one of the most dominant external communications channels. A whopping 84% of brands expect their company’s use of social media for communications to increase over the next three years. Currently, 48% use social as their primary external communication channel and 58% anticipate it will become a main channel in the next three years.

All the president is, is a glorified Public Relations man who spends his time flattering, kissing, and kicking people to get them to do what they are supposed to do anyway. – Harry S. Truman

Political monopoly and economic monopoly are two sides of the same coin, two heads of the same monster. Despite all the claims to the contrary, the essential ideology of Neo-Conservatism is to preserve the status quo, with all of its injustices. Its Public Relations experts call for \”freedom and democracy\” without a framework of higher values. They fail to comprehend the need for a paradigm of justice and therefore are blind to what concerns most of the people in the world. This failure is the taproot of terrorism. – Robert Dickson Crane
