You don’t need a special occasion to treat yourself – it doesn’t matter if you’re home alone on a Friday night – order that takeaway pizza and design yourself that pink cocktail! Cape Town Gin & Spirits Company has the perfect pink recipe for the (not) occasion – the French Lady cocktail. If the name alone doesn’t entice you, this drink uses Cape Town The Pink Lady Gin (of course), combined with a fresh squeeze of lemon juice and a sweet hint of simple syrup, topped with Brut Rosé MCC, serving you elegance in a glass! With this pink cocktail in your hand, you will feel regal whether you’re dressed in sweatpants or a ballgown.

So, don’t wait for an occasion, PRODUCE the occasion with this sophisticated cocktail recipe!

The French Lady
Ingredients:
– 50ml Cape Town The Pink Lady Gin
– 10ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
– 10ml simple syrup
– Brut Rosé MCC
– Lemon rind and edible flowers to garnish
– Ice

Method:
Combine the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup in a shaker with ice and shake for 20 seconds. strain into a champagne flute and slowly top up with the MCC. Stir gently and garnish with a lemon rind and edible flowers.
