Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has opened applications for its Human Resources Learnership Programme for 2026, aimed at unemployed South African youth — particularly candidates living with disabilities — who want to build a career in HR or office administration.

This 12-month structured learnership combines accredited classroom learning with real workplace exposure inside one of South Africa’s largest FMCG employers. Successful learners will work toward a nationally recognised NQF Level 4 Business Administration qualification while receiving a monthly stipend aligned with SETA guidelines.
