South Africa’s biggest on-demand grocery delivery service, Checkers Sixty60, has joined forces with celebrated chocolatier Beyers Chocolates to spoil hundreds of thousands of customers with a one-of-a-kind treat.

From Wednesday 13 December, while stocks last, every Sixty60 order will be accompanied by a limited-edition Sweetie Pie that has been exclusively customised – combining the iconic chocolate’s classic red foil with Checkers’ discernible teal to create a playful candy cane and heart design that beautifully marries both brands’ message of sharing the admire this season.

The Sweetie Pie, locally made with responsibly sourced cocoa, has been a much-loved confectionary through many generations and takes anyone who indulges in the pillowy marshmallow goodness on a nostalgic journey to a time when family gathered for the holidays and splendid memories were created.

Checkers Sixty60 continues to spread joy, delivering these moments of sheer delight to customers across the nation.

“Consumers have identified competency as the element that plays the biggest role in a good customer experience. To be competent, a customer support professional must have a strong knowledge of the company and its products, as well as the power to fix the customer’s problems. The more knowledge they have, the more competent they become.” ~ Oscar Auliq-Ice, Happy Customers

“If a young man tells his date how handsome, smart and successful he is – that’s advertising. If the young man tells his date she’s intelligent, looks lovely, and is a great conversationalist, he’s saying the right things to the right person and that’s marketing. If someone else tells the young woman how handsome, smart and successful her date is – that’s PR.” – S. H. Simmons
