Barq Guessoum, a top chef and famous resort manager in the Club Med group, is heading up the high profile and demanding role as new ‘Chef de Village’ of the first Club Med beach resort in South Africa, which officially opens on Saturday, 4 July, on KwaZulu-Natal’s North Coast.
