Gaelix Marine Service is highlighting the importance of personal visibility at sea by promoting the use of LALIZAS lifejacket LED flashing lights as a simple yet critical safety upgrade for modern vessels.

In man-overboard situations, especially during nighttime operations, rough weather or low visibility, rapid visual identification is often the deciding factor in successful recovery. Compact LED flashing lights attached to lifejackets significantly improve detection range, allowing crew members and rescue teams to locate individuals in the water faster and more reliably.

LALIZAS lifejacket LED flashing lights are designed to activate automatically upon contact with water or manually when required. Their high-intensity flashing signal remains visible over long distances while maintaining low power consumption and extended operational life.

Built for harsh marine environments, these lights feature sealed housings resistant to saltwater exposure, vibration and impact. Their lightweight construction allows easy integration with a wide range of lifejackets used on commercial vessels, charter fleets and recreational yachts.

“A flotation device keeps a person afloat, but visibility is what enables rescue,” said Dimitris Igropoulos, CEO of Gaelix Marine Service. “Lifejacket LED lights are one of the simplest safety components onboard, yet they play a decisive role in real emergency conditions.”

LALIZAS LED flashing lights are suitable for use across various vessel categories and may comply with international maritime safety requirements depending on model and configuration. When combined with certified lifejackets and other man-overboard recovery equipment, they form a practical and highly effective personal safety system.

As an official supplier of LALIZAS safety equipment, Gaelix Marine Service supports shipyards, fleet operators and vessel owners with product selection, technical guidance and coordinated supply for individual vessels or fleet-wide applications.
