JOHANNESBURG – South Africa is set to come off the grey list.

This is after fulfilling all Financial Action Task Force requirements set by intergovernmental organisations.

WATCH | National Treasury adviser comments on SA’s progress on exiting greylist

Mali and Tanzania have already been removed from the list.

South Africa was greylisted in 2023 for failing to meet international standards on money laundering and terrorist financing prevention.

The CEO of Business Leadership South Africa, Busisiwe Mavuso,spoke to eNCA.
