Disney+ South Africa gets two ESPN channels – Hypertext | SA News

  • ESPN and ESPN will be added to Disney+ in South Africa on 2nd October.
  • These linear sports channels will be accessible at no additional fee to subscribers.
  • AS ESPN is based in the US, expect a smorgasbord of US sports including American Football, Basketball and Baseball.

Great news for local Disney+ subscribers – ESPN will be added to the streaming platform from next month.

In fact, two ESPN channels, ESPN and ESPN 2, will be added to Disney+ on 2nd October at no additional cost to subscribers. These are, however, linear channels, so you will have to watch what is available when you log on, and you won’t be able to catch up or browse content to watch at a later…
