Two available positions on the South African Rugby Union Executive Council (Exco) were filled at elections at a continuation of the Annual General Meeting in Johannesburg on Wednesday.
Adv Zuko Badli (nominated by Border) and Ms Thandekile Nxumalo-Matenga, a sustainability executive (nominated by the Golden Lions), were elected from seven candidates.
The holders of the positions, Mr Hennie Baartman and Mr Randall September, were thanked for their four years’ service by Mr Mark Alexander, president of SARU.
