Fancy Winning a Luxury Apartment?

15 April 2026 by Guest

The Rawson Property Group is celebrating another remarkable success at the 2026 Global Brands Awards, where it secured three prestigious accolades: Best Real Estate Brand (South Africa), Best Real Estate Training (South Africa), and Best Real Estate Service (South Africa). This marks the Group’s tenth year on the winners’ list and its sixth triple-win, underscoring its ongoing commitment to excellence in the South African property market.

“We are incredibly proud of these 2026 award wins, which once again recognise our ongoing commitment to innovation, world-class training, and exceptional service,” says Tony Clarke, Managing Director of the Rawson Property Group. “These accolades reflect the dedication and passion of our entire Rawson family, and reinforce our standing as a trusted leader in South Africa’s real estate industry.”

These Global Brands award wins come in the middle of yet another exciting competition launch, giving Rawson clients the chance to win big.

Last year, the Rawson brand ran one of the biggest competitions in South African real estate history, giving away a luxury apartment to one lucky client. That life-changing moment became reality for lucky winner Nomsa Mabhena from Middelburg, Mpumalanga, who was awarded this incredible prize earlier this year, at an inspiring, emotion-filled ceremony in Cape Town. And they’re doing it all again!

The Rawson Property Group is gearing up to transform another seller’s property journey into the ultimate property opportunity. Every client who successfully sells a residential or commercial property through the Rawson brand between 1 April 2026 and 31 March 2027, will be entered into a draw to win a R2.2 million luxury apartment in the exclusive The Landing on Pepper.

Developed by Rawson Developers, The Landing on Pepper is a dynamic lifestyle destination — blending modern living, social energy, and professional convenience in one sought-after address. Situated in the heart of Cape Town’s CBD, the development caters to the growing demand for stylish, aspirational inner-city living.

And the rewards don’t stop there. Property buyers also have the chance to win big, with anyone who successfully secures a mortgage bond through Rawson Finance between 1 April 2026 and 30 March 2027 earning automatic entry into a lucky draw to win half a million rand in cash.

For Rawson MD Tony Clarke, both of these competitions are about rewarding support and giving back to the clients who choose Rawson as a trusted real estate partner . “We can’t wait to do it all again – helping people achieve their dreams, one property transaction at a time,” he added.

For anyone considering buying or selling property, this is the perfect opportunity to make your move with Rawson. Not only will you benefit from the Group’s award-winning service, but you’ll also stand a chance to win a life-changing prize. Stock market II: According to the Economist (2016), the JSE ranks 18th in terms of “largest market capitalisation” out of 140 countries. Even during these difficult economic circumstances it is interesting to note that South African companies are still deemed valuable and are resilient during tough times. This resilience indicates that one can still start-up a dream business in these conditions.
