The Campaign for Free Expression (CFE) has applied to join the Constitutional Court case of fired PRASA whistleblowers Martha Ngoye and Tiro Holele.
Two courts found the pair were unlawfully dismissed in 2021, but the Labour Appeal Court overturned their reinstatement and ordered them to pay PRASA’s legal costs.
They have asked the Constitutional Court to reconsider its refusal to hear their appeal. PRASA is opposing the application.
