Jazz Icon Gregory Porter at Durban ICC

9 October 2025 by Guest

Eight-time nominee and two-time GRAMMY® Award-winning jazz vocalist Gregory Porter will now perform live at the Durban International Convention Centre on Saturday 15 November as part of his three-city Love is King South African concert tour which also includes Cape Town and Johannesburg. Tickets for the Love is King SA Tour are on sale at showtime.co.za and ticketmaster.co.za.

Concert promoters Showtime Management and GRIZA Enterprises today announced the new concert date owing to recent weekend availability at Durban ICC. This change follows fan feedback requesting a weekend show and is made possible by updated venue availability.

Existing tickets remain valid for the new date – no action is required. For any enquiries and refund requests, please contact: support@ticketmaster.co.za

As part of his three-city Love Is King South African tour, Gregory Porter is finally headed to Durban – a city he’s long dreamed of visiting. He’s heard about the rhythm, the ocean, the people, and the energy that make Durban so unique. Now it’s your turn to give this eight-time nominee and two-time GRAMMY® Award-winning jazz icon the warm welcome he’s been waiting for.

Don’t miss Gregory Porter live in South Africa this November for five concerts including GrandWest, Cape Town on 12 November; Durban ICC on 15 November and his return to Montecasino, Johannesburg for three engagements on Thursday, 20 November; Friday, 21 November and Saturday, 22 November. Book now at Showtime.co.za or Ticketmaster.co.za. Tickets purchased via unauthorised websites will not be honoured. ENDS
