Africa Data Centres is committed to more than building high-performance digital infrastructure. The focus is on doing it right, with sustainability, safety, and people at the core.

The organisation has set a clear goal: achieve net-zero Scope 1 and 2 emissions across all campuses by 2035. This commitment is already underway. A 20-year renewable power agreement supports the transition, with construction of a 12MW solar farm in South Africa’s Free State province in progress. Once operational, it will power the Cape Town facility, with expansion phases planned for Johannesburg.
