Established in 2001, this iconic race continues to empower women through running, uniting thousands in a shared celebration of strength, resilience, and camaraderie. The 2025 edition will feature three unforgettable races in three major cities, over three consecutive weeks.

The journey begins in Durban on Sunday, 3 August, continues in Cape Town on Saturday, 9 August, and concludes in Johannesburg on Sunday, 17 August 2025.

“The Totalsports Women’s Race is more than just a race – it’s a celebration of women, unity, and empowerment. As we open entries for the 2025 edition, we invite women of all fitness levels to be part of this incredible journey. With three races in three major cities, this is an opportunity to run, walk, and celebrate together in honour of women.” – Michael Meyer, Managing Director of Stillwater Sports.

“The Totalsports Women’s Race is a celebration of strength, unity, and the incredible spirit of South African women,”
