Magic: The Gathering fans, get ready because the multiverse is about to collide with The last Airbender. Launching on 21 November 2025, the highly anticipated Magic: The Gathering Avatar: The Last Airbender TCG series brings the epic universe to life.

This special crossover set blends the iconic gameplay of Magic with the lush, bioluminescent world of Aang, and other exceptional characters. With a loyal fanbase, Avatar: The Last Airbender is widely cherished and is often named one of the best animated series of all time.

Expect powerful new creatures, cinematic lands, collectable foils and surprising mechanics that will excite both competitive players and collectors. There has been a flurry of global anticipation as this release is tipped to become one of Magic’s most talked-about collaborations to date. The print runs are limited and rare cards even more so, making the sets a valuable addition to a collection.

“This kind of crossover is why Magic: The Gathering continues to be a leader in the TCG category,” says Philip Galliford, spokesperson for Solarpop. “Players and collectors will no doubt be drawn to the gameplay, the artwork, the characters and the story behind the cards of the new Avatar release.”

Available through select retailers nationwide, this release is expected to sell quickly, so be ready to grab your sets, boosters, bundles and more, and join the ranks of those exploring the frontier between Magic: the Gathering and Avatar: The Last Airbender.

PR will continue to evolve over the next few years – As social media and other technologies grow deeper roots, the needs of companies and consumers will also change, requiring PR professionals to break out of their traditional roles. The blurring lines between marketing and Public Relations also call for higher collaboration and redefinement.
