JOHANNESBURG, SOUTH AFRICA – November 2, 2025 – Mia and Mai Luxury, the ultra-luxury fashion and lifestyle brand renowned for blending timeless African artistry with global design sophistication, today announced the successful closure of its Series A funding round. The strategic capital injection will be deployed immediately to fulfill active orders, scale its bespoke services, and finance a comprehensive global market entry plan.

In a move that signals a new trajectory for the brand, Mia and Mai Luxury has concurrently entered a landmark partnership with global venture builder FasterCapital, who will serve as a co-founder in accelerating the brand’s technical and operational infrastructure.

“This isn’t just a funding round; it’s the declaration of African luxury on the global stage,” said Siboniseni Ndlovu, Founder and CEO of Mia and Mai Luxury. “The partnership with FasterCapital provides the critical technology—from AI-driven personalization to an immersive e-commerce platform—that will ensure flawless execution as we meet the demand from elite clientele in Dubai, London, and New York. The luxury consumer today demands heritage and high-tech, and we are now uniquely positioned to deliver both.”

Key Highlights and Immediate Deployment Strategy
The Series A funding and the FasterCapital partnership are explicitly structured to achieve the following immediate objectives, fulfilling the brand’s 24-month roadmap:

Global Digital Dominance: Funds are being used to immediately deploy a next-generation e-commerce platform featuring Augmented Reality (AR) try-on capabilities and highly personalized concierge services, centralizing the brand’s direct-to-consumer presence in its target markets.

Market Penetration through Experience: Capital is allocated for physical flagship pop-up activations in London (Fall/Winter 2026) and Dubai (Spring/Summer 2027), establishing key retail proof points and brand visibility in high-net-worth client hubs.

Scaling Bespoke Production: A significant portion of the funds will be deployed to secure raw materials, enhance the supply chain’s capacity, and ensure the consistent, uncompromising quality of its meticulously crafted, limited-edition apparel and accessories.

Hesham Zreik, CEO of FasterCapital, commented on the investment: “Mia and Mai Luxury addresses a vital white space in the market: authentic, ultra-high-quality African luxury that resonates with a global, discerning customer base. Our investment goes beyond capital; we are building the scalable technology and operational framework that will allow their unique vision to compete and win against established global Maisons. We are confident in their trajectory toward a substantial Series B.”

Mia and Mai Luxury is committed to its core values of exquisite craftsmanship, cultural heritage, and exclusivity, now supported by a globally scalable, tech-forward business model.
