MSA AND SPEEDSPOT PROMOTIONS SIGN SIX‑YEAR TAR OVAL AGREEMENT | SA News

Five leading Tar Oval clubs to compete under MSA sanction from 2026

Motorsport South Africa (MSA) and Speedspot Promotions SA are pleased to announce that they have entered a six-year Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) under which Speedspot‑affiliated Tar Oval clubs will compete under MSA sanction from 01 January 2026. The agreement provides for MSA licencing, medical and public liability insurance frameworks, officials’ training and track inspections to ensure consistent national standards across the Tar Oval discipline.

The initial participating clubs are: Ultimate Raceway (Izak Spies), Rock Raceway (Shane Bromilou), Mahem Raceway (Ian van Niekerk & Jacques Maree), Star Raceway…
