SMD is excited to announce the official launch of our new branded stands at Toy Kingdom in Sandton, marking an exciting new chapter in our retail presence.
As of today, shoppers visiting Toy Kingdom Sandton can experience our products in a dedicated in-store space, making it easier than ever to discover, explore, and purchase some of the exciting technology and products we bring to the South African market. These stands don’t just display a selection for kids but offer a selection for adults and tweens. This means that even when the kids are distracted by toys, there’s a little something for everyone in the family.
The launch represents more than simply adding another retail location. It is an important step towards bringing our brands closer to consumers and creating a stronger, more engaging in-store experience.
Toy Kingdom Sandton is a particularly exciting location for this launch, placing our products inside one of South Africa’s best-known toy retail environments and in the heart of one of Johannesburg’s major shopping destinations.
The SMD team is very excited for this launch. This launch represents the extensive planning and collaboration across teams. From designing the stands, developing these designs, and then carefully curating a well-selected range of products for Toy Kingdom customers, every detail has been meticulous in order to provide the best in -store experience.
The stands are officially live from 20 August 2026 at Toy Kingdom Sandton.
We look forward to welcoming shoppers and seeing the new space come to life.
