Gqeberha, Eastern Cape, 10 January 2025 – Precision Genuine Solutions, a trusted leader in window restoration services, is celebrating its 3rd anniversary this year. Founded in 2021 by Siyabonga Clinton Ndumo, the company has been providing affordable, high-quality window restoration for homes in the New Brighton area and beyond. With a strong reputation for excellence, Precision Genuine Solutions is now expanding its services to other cities in the Eastern Cape province.

The company’s slogan, “Ekhaya Bajonge Kuwe”, meaning “Home, Let Us Build It for You,” reflects the heart of Precision Genuine Solutions’ mission – to bring joy and comfort to homes by offering reliable and efficient window restoration services. The business was born out of a genuine need in the community, with many households facing the challenge of broken windows that were often patched up with makeshift solutions such as paper and sellotape.

“We saw a gap in the market where people were struggling to replace their broken windows due to financial constraints,” said Siyabonga Clinton Ndumo, the founder and CEO of Precision Genuine Solutions. “Our goal is to provide an affordable, long-term solution that gives our customers peace of mind, knowing they don’t have to spend a fortune on new windows.”

Over the past three years, Precision Genuine Solutions has built a loyal customer base in New Brighton, becoming synonymous with quality and reliability. The company’s highly trained team specializes in restoring old and damaged windows, ensuring that they not only look good but are also secure. Customers appreciate the company’s attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to delivering exceptional results.

As the business celebrates this major milestone, Siyabonga and his team are looking ahead to future growth. “We are excited to expand our services to other cities in the Eastern Cape, offering our affordable and quality window restoration services to even more homes,” said Ndumo. “This expansion is a testament to the trust our customers have in us and the impact we’ve had on their lives.”

Precision Genuine Solutions is committed to building relationships with communities and helping homeowners restore their windows with ease, without the financial burden of purchasing new ones. In addition to its expansion plans, the company continues to work on offering innovative services to further enhance the quality of life for families across the region.

To celebrate its 3rd anniversary and expansion, Precision Genuine Solutions will host a special event on 17th January 2025, offering exclusive promotions and showcasing their wide range of services.
