Rain delays T20I decider between England and South Africa | SuperSport | SA News

Rain delayed the toss at the start of the third and final T20 International between England and South Africa at Trent Bridge in Nottingham on Sunday afternoon. Steady rain is forecast for much of the day and another shortened match seems inevitable, if any play is possible at all.

South Africa won a slightly farcical first match at Cardiff by 14 runs on the DLS method after making 97-5 in 7.5 overs (reduced from nine overs) before the hosts had their target reduced to 69 from just five overs and finished on 54-5.

England roared back to level the series with a host of records at Old Trafford in Manchester on Friday night posting a total of 304-2 on the back of 141* from 60 balls and 83…
