
The South African government has indicated it will decide on its next course of legal action against fugitive Pastor Shepherd Bushiri and his wife, Mary.
The state says it is currently reviewing Friday’s Malawian High Court judgement, which set aside the order to surrender the couple to South Africa for trial.
In a statement on Saturday, Justice Minister Mmamoloko Kubayi said the government will continue to work closely with Malawian authorities to ensure justice prevails.
