Saturday Night Fitness

Be part of South Africa’s biggest workout party at ‘Saturday Night Fitness’ on Wednesday, 17 February at GrandWest Sun Exhibits.

Socialise with other likeminded people as you work your way through five energetic workouts, all set to the backdrop of energetic music, lights and great staging.

The lineup includes:

  • A warm up with Ceri Hannan
  • A HIIT workout with Queen Fitnass Mapule Ndlovu
  • Loosen up with a Rockingnheels Love Your Body dance session!
  • A sunset yoga led by Noks Jada of the Earthchild Project
  • The grand finale: Fitness Icon!

The four-hour event starts at 4pm. Tickets are available from Quicket.co.za and prices range from R350 to R390.

One lucky entrant also stands a chance of winning R10 000 on the night and a fantastic goodie bag worth over R2 000 of products from Mitchum, L’Oréal Paris, Stanley, Vitaforce, African Extracts Rooibos, Bioplus and Comfort.
