Serenity Hills is excited to announce that the popular Sweet Gang & Friends Farm Stall continues to expand, bringing the finest farm-fresh produce, house-cured meats, locally crafted goods, and unique artwork to both residents and visitors of the estate. Conveniently located within the eco-conscious community, this vibrant addition strengthens Serenity Hills’ commitment to supporting local businesses and fostering a sustainable, community-driven environment.

“Sweet Gang & Friends Farm Stall is a cosy yet dynamic hub offering an impressive selection of delicious food and handcrafted treasures,” says Ryne Ferguson, Serenity Hills Estate Manager. “We have just launched an essentials range offering residents and guests a place to buy household items such as fresh butter and eggs from local suppliers. The stall is a collaborative effort of 40 small businesses, most of which are based right here on the South Coast. Many are also part of the adjacent Sweetdale Night Market, a cherished local initiative focused on ‘locals supporting local’.”

The farm stall is the latest in Serenity Hills’ growing list of amenities, offering both convenience and charm to residents and the public alike. Beyond the stall, the monthly Sweetdale Night Market, held on the last Friday of every month, has become a staple of the community. Known for its relaxed, family- and pet-friendly atmosphere, the market delights attendees with live music, farm-fresh products, mouthwatering food stalls, artisanal creations, and a warm, local vibe.

Sweet Gang & Friends Farm Stall can be found at The Packshed Restaurant, an award-winning fusion restaurant serving some of the region’s finest cuisine. This continues the incredible legacy of the original Sweetdale Farm with the Packshed Restaurant based at the ‘banana packshed’ now forming part of Serenity Hills. This modern and versatile venue can be used for private functions, and also hosts top-tier wine-and-dine evenings pairing some of the country’s top vintages with five-course gourmet meals.

This new farm stall is just one more reason why Serenity Hills is becoming an in-demand residential experience on the KZN South Coast. Offering a unique blend of sustainability, luxury, and community, the 120-hectare estate is set to feature 600 homes nestled across three neighbourhoods. With 70 hectares of pristine conservation space, residents enjoy scenic hiking and biking trails, along with stunning coastal views.

Serenity Hills’ secure and eco-conscious design appeals to buyers from around the globe, including those from Canada, the UK, Switzerland, and Germany. The homes feature gas installation, solar-ready electrical systems, rainwater collection, and on-site water reservoirs, ensuring a self-sufficient, environmentally friendly lifestyle.

With its focus on sustainable living, community engagement, and quality offerings, Serenity Hills is truly setting a new standard for coastal living on the KZN South Coast. PR will continue to evolve over the next few years – As social media and other technologies grow deeper roots, the needs of companies and consumers will also change, requiring PR professionals to break out of their traditional roles. The blurring lines between marketing and public relations also call for higher collaboration and redefinement.
