The U.S. Justice Department has accused a South African flight school of masquerading as a civilian flight-training academy while providing Chinese air and naval forces with U.S. and NATO military tech.
The department recently launched a forfeiture application in U.S. courts for two mission crew trainers (MCTs) en route from the Test Flying Academy of South Africa (TFASA) to the Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA).
