Suspects Linked to Laptop Theft Arrested

In the News Today: At approximately 10:34 on the 2nd of October, Marshall Security’s Emergency Dispatch Centre received an urgent alert from a client on Surprise Road, Westmead, regarding a laptop theft that had occurred the previous day. The client reported that an elderly couple had posed as customers and entered the premises around 12:00 PM after being dropped off by a red Toyota Corolla. While the female accomplice distracted a staff member, the male suspect stole a Dell laptop from a nearby workstation.

Marshall Security’s Armed Response Officers were immediately dispatched to the scene, where the client confirmed their intent to file a theft case with Pinetown SAPS.
