Time for the SchoolGirls to Scrum Down

South Africa’s top junior girls players will be in action at the SA Rugby U16 & U18 Girls Weeks staged at Jeppe High School in Johannesburg from Monday.

The final two tournaments in SA Rugby’s 2023 Youth Weeks programme will run from 10 to 14 July. The U16 fixtures will be played on Monday and Wednesday, while the U18 games will take place on Tuesday and Thursday.

Griquas and the Sharks will meet in the first fixture of the U16 tournament at 10h00 on Monday morning.

Meanwhile, South Western Districts will tackle the KwaZulu-Natalians in the U18 opener at 10h00 on Tuesday.

U16 fixtures (Monday 10 July):
10h00: Griquas v Sharks, A Field
10h00: Border v Blue Bulls, B Field
11h10: Limpopo Blue Bulls v Eastern Province, A Field
11h10: Free State v Leopards, B Field
12h20: Griffons v Pumas, A Field
12h20: Boland v Border Country Districts, B Field
14h10: Western Province v Golden Lions, A Field
14h10: South Western Districts v Valke, B Field

U18 fixtures (Tuesday 11 July):
10h00: South Western Districts v Sharks, A Field
10h00: Border v Blue Bulls, B Field
11h20: Limpopo Blue bulls v Boland, A Field
11h20: Free State v Pumas, B Field
12h30: Griffons v Leopards, A Field
12h30: Eastern Province v Griquas, B Field
13h40: Golden Lions v Western Province, A Field
13h40: Golden Lions Invitational XV v Valke, B Field
