Wales Head coach Sean Lynn has named the Wales side to face Italy in Round 5 of the Guinness Women’s Six Nations at Cardiff Arms Park, on Sunday, May 17th (KO:12:15pm).
Flanker Bethan Lewis will lead Wales for the third time in the 2026 W6N campaign, with one change made to the starting line-up.
Seren Singleton, who made her Wales debut against Scotland at the start of the tournament, is selected on the wing.
The Wales pack that faced Ireland in Belfast is named to face Italy in the Welsh capital.
Props Gwenllian Pyrs and Sisilia Tuipulotu and hooker Kelsey Jones are the Wales front row for the fifth consecutive Test match.
Locks Branwen Metcalfe and Georgia Evans pack down for the second time in the engine room, with second row Gwen Crabb ruled out with a knee injury.
The backrow is skipper Lewis, blindside flanker Jorja Aiono and Bryonie King at Number 8.
Experienced scrum half Keira Bevan and fly half Lleucu George are at half-back.
The centres are Courtney Keight and Carys Cox in midfield, while Singleton is joined by Jasmine Joyce on the other wing and Kayleigh Powell at full back.
Sean Lynn, Wales Head coach, said: “We all we know what is at stake in this final game of the Six Nations but our focus is to keep building our performances against an Italy side four places above us in the world rankings.
“We will need all the grit, determination and physicality we have shown throughout this tournament against a very capable Italy side.
“We have made real strides with our performance in each game, and we know we have to do that again in the final game of the Six Nations.
“We know we have moved the dial with our performances, but we have to be an 80-minute team at Test match level, and we need to show that at Cardiff Arms Park on Sunday.
“The players know if they win their own personal battle with their opposite number than we will have a produced a performance we can be proud of and taken another step forward.”
