President Cyril Ramaphosa has two Bills waiting for his signature, which focus on changes for older persons’ care in South Africa and the 2025 Budget.
Ramaphosa has the Older Persons’ Amendment Bill and the Division of Revenue Bill on his desk.
The President’s sign-off is the last step in an extensive legislative processes that includes inputs from the National Assembly and the National Council of Provinces, public comment processes, and possible amendments to the Bills.
