
Leading African law firm Bowmans continues to enhance the breadth and depth of its offering in tax, this time with the appointment of Imprint Linington as tax executive in its Johannesburg office.
Linington is a chartered accountant with 28 years’ experience as a tax adviser.

Linington specialises in the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including private equity buyouts, disposals and restructurings, fund formation, distressed debt restructuring and recapitalisation, and broad-based black economic empowerment structures. His expertise is recognised by both Chambers Global and the Legal 500.
He has a BAccSc in Financial Accounting from the University of South Africa, as well as higher diplomas in taxation and accounting from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
