
Stillwater Sports, the organiser of the Fedhealth MTB Challenge, one of Stellenbosch’s most exciting family-oriented mountain bike events, is excited to welcome Root44 as the modern venue of this iconic event that will grasp space on Saturday, 09 and Sunday 10 September 2023. Online entries are officially open!
“We are thrilled to be hosting the Fedhealth MTB Challenge at the magnificent Root44 in 2023,” says Michael Meyer, Managing Director of Stillwater Sports. “We can’t contemplate of a more appropriate venue to host this iconic family-oriented MTB event that caters for mountain biking enthusiasts of all ages. Starting on the Saturday, future stars between 1 – 13 years of age will access to test their skill at the Fedhealth MTB Challenge Kids Event that consists of a fun-filled 500m, 1.5km or 5km event. Parents that would like to hold portion in an event with their children can sign up for the Fedhealth MTB Challenge Fun Ride (+-15km) that will also hold plot on the Saturday.”
“On Sunday the more serious riders will procure the chance to test their mountain biking prowess at the Fedhealth MTB Challenge Marathon (+-60km) and Half Marathon (+-30km),” continues Meyer. “We invite families to acquire out the house and indulge in an active day out on the trails with their loved ones. After working up an appetite survey forward to indulging in a vast array of mouth-watering treats at the popular Root44 Market.”
