The Freedom Front Plus (VF Plus) will not rest until the sewage spill along the R28, at the Sasol filling station, is resolved.

Raw sewage has been spilling into the area for the past thirteen days, polluting the environment and posing a serious health hazard, especially to pedestrians who use this route between Krugersdorp and Randfontein.

It is also a major inconvenience for filling station customers.

The party repeatedly brought the problem to the attention of the Utility Department of the Mogale City Local Municipality (Krugersdorp, Magaliesburg, Muldersdrift), but no action has been taken to date.

The Municipality’s only TLB, needed for doing the repairs, broke down weeks ago. The other TLB was stolen years ago, but was never replaced.

Businesses are already under strain due to the poor economic circumstances and should be supported. They should not be left at the mercy of a municipality that is unable to perform basic duties.

The Municipality cannot allow broken infrastructure to hinder the town’s progress, forcing residents to suffer the consequences.

Residents’ tax money should be spent wisely and effectively.

The Freedom Front Plus will keep pressuring the Municipality to ensure that the TLB is repaired or that one is hired to carry out the necessary repairs.

Freedom Front Plus Economic Policy: The FF Plus promotes free market principles and economic freedom.

A South African, an Australian and an Englishman are all having a drink

The Englishman and South African both drink from Pint Glasses, the Australian from a bottle.

The South African, upon draining his glass, drops in back down on the bar, pulls out a pistol, and shoots the glass.

\”In South Africa, there is so much sand that I never drink from the same glass twice!\”

The Australian, having drained his bottle, sets it down upon the bar and, upon seizing the South African\’s pistol, shoots his bottle.

\”In Australia, there is so much booze that I never drink from the same brand twice!\”

The Englishman, likewise having drained his glass, sets his glass upon the table, seizes the pistol the pistol from the Australian, and shoots the South African and the Australian, quite dead.

\”In England, there are so many of you bastards that I never drink with the same two twice!\”
