The clock is ticking! CapeGate Shopping Centre is calling on shoppers and the wider community to help deliver a little Christmas magic to 520 children from under-resourced communities as the Santa Shoebox Project drop-off deadline approaches.
With the deadline of 31 October just around the corner, CapeGate is reminding everyone who has pledged a shoebox to make sure their lovingly packed gifts are delivered on time.
Each Santa Shoebox is prepared for a specific child and filled with a thoughtful combination of everyday essentials, educational supplies and festive treats. For the children receiving them, the excitement of opening a box packed especially for them is a Christmas moment worth remembering.
CapeGate has set its sights on collecting 520 shoeboxes, and every single donation counts towards reaching that target.
Whether you’ve already pledged and packed your box or still want to get involved, now is the time to help make those 520 Christmas wishes come true.
Don’t let your shoebox miss its date with Santa!
Shoppers are encouraged to deliver their completed, labelled Santa Shoeboxes to the designated drop-off point at CapeGate Shopping Centre by 31 October.
