Mobile Office Services Head for Lansdowne and Kraaifontein

4 July 2025 by Guest

Next week Friday, 11 July 2025, the City of Cape Town’s Mobile Office will be at the Kraaifontein Civic Centre as well as at the Lansdowne Civic Centre providing municipal services. Residents are encouraged to take advantage of the services that come along with each mobile office visit.

The details are as follows:

  • Friday, 11 July 2025, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Kraaifontein Civic Centre, Brighton Road, Kraaifontein
  • Friday, 11 July 2025, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Lansdowne Civic Centre, Church Road, Lansdowne

The City’s Customer Relations Department’s mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. Customers can engage with the City on a wide-range of non-emergency enquiries such as rates, sewerage, electricity, water, refuse collection, and all other account enquiries.

‘It is always great to see residents coming out in their numbers and getting their municipal matters resolved during these mobile office visits. City staff will be there to provide guidance and assistance on queries arising on the day. Residents are reminded to bring along their IDs or municipal accounts to help ease the process on the day,’ said the City’s Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys.
