Police Hunt for Cigarette Suspects

POLOKWANE – On Friday 04 October 2024, police received a report regarding an abandoned vehicle, a white Ford Ranger, near a farm in Zebediela. Upon arrival, officers discovered the vehicle loaded with illicit cigarettes worth an estimated street value of over R1000-00. Two unidentified suspects, believed to be foreign nationals, fled the scene in a white Audi sedan.

The police are urging community members with any information that could assist in apprehending the suspects to contact Investigating Officer Sergeant Mabatho Ledwaba at 072 100 3842, the Crime Stop number at 08600 10111, or use the MySAPS App.
