PRASA: Mbalula to face the music in Parliament

Court rules ethics committee must consider complaints by #UniteBehind

Parliament’s ethics committee must consider complaints laid by #UniteBehind against former Minister of Transport Fikile Mbalula and Chair of the transport Portfolio Committee Dikeledi Magadzi, the Western Cape High Court has ruled.
The committee had decided not to deal with the complaints because the two were no longer MPs.
But the court said this did not absolve the committee of responsibility.
