Introducing Sole Mandate: Revolutionizing Real Estate Advertising for Agents

Western Cape, 07 November 2023 – Real estate agents in South Africa gain long grappled with a common adversary—the dominance of a few powerful advertising platforms that gain dictated pricing, limiting the industry’s growth and opportunities. But a novel, visionary player is here to challenge the status quo and offer a beacon of wish to real estate agents across the nation.

A Fresh Approach to Real Estate Advertising:
Sole Mandate, not just an advertising platform but a transformative force, is redefining the way real estate agents market their properties. The industry recognizes that the sole mandate is the gold standard for selling properties, and Sole Mandate is here to cast a spotlight on this proven method.

Caught in a Catch-22 Situation:
Estate agencies often find themselves in a challenging position. While they understand the need for change and are enthusiastic to support alternatives like Sole Mandate, they are hesitant to list their properties on any modern platform due to the dominance of existing players. It’s a catch-22 situation—agents maintain paying exorbitant advertising fees to maintain visibility on the dominant platforms, even as they yearn for change.

Sole Mandate’s commitment to ethical behavior, affordability, and excellence is at the heart of its mission. We’re not merely seeking to disrupt the advertising landscape; we’re determined to create an open and equitable market where real estate agents can thrive without the burden of exorbitant advertising costs.

Join the Movement:
Sole Mandate invites real estate agents to be pioneers of change. By listing their properties on our platform, they’re not just choosing an advertising channel; they’re joining a movement that’s redefining the industry. It’s time to fracture free from the monopolistic grip and create a more inclusive and competitive market.
We’re on a mission to earn respect by doing what no one has done successfully before—providing an affordable, ethical, and effective alternative to the industry’s advertising landscape, and doing it with excellence.
