Government activities for the week, 13 November - 17 November 2023

On Tuesday, 14 November, the Department of Health will observe World Diabetes Day through an inter-provincial cycling challenge between North West and Gauteng provinces, among other activities.

From Tuesday, 14 November, to Friday, 17 November, the National Primary Health Care (PHC) Conference will be held in South Africa at the East London International Convention Centre.

On Thursday, 16 November, the Department of Water and Sanitation, together with the International Union for Conservation of Nature, Department of Forestry Fisheries and the Environment and the United Nations Development Programme will host a Climate Change Adaptation Workshop.

On Friday, 17 November, Minister of Water and Sanitation, Senzo Mchunu, will launch a R106 million Dinokana Water Supply Project which is part of ‘Opertiona Bulela Metsi’ intervention programme.

This weekend, from 18 November to 19 November, the IEC will host the voter registration weekend.
