The Chery Scholarship Challenge

18 June 2024 by Guest

At Chery South Africa, we believe in the power of youth to drive change and innovation. In honour of Youth Day, and in celebration of the phenomenal sales performance of the Tiggo 4 Pro in South Africa, we are proud to announce The Chery Scholarship Challenge – an initiative to celebrate the unstoppable spirit and inspiring talent of South African youth. The Chery Scholarship Challenge aims to empower young talent and spotlight the brilliance of SA’s youth.

As a global leading SUV brand, we are committed to innovation, excellence, and creating opportunities for the next generation. In May, sales performance of the Chery Tiggo 4 was phenomenal, with 1101 units retailed in South Africa making it the 4th most popular passenger vehicle in the country. This result pushed the brand market share to an all-time 1st of 6.61% in a declining market. The Chery Scholarship Challenge is one of the many ways we want to invest in the future of South Africa.

Your Future Looks Bright! Win a R250,000 Scholarship and Internship Opportunity

We’re offering one lucky student the opportunity to kick-start their future with a R250,000 scholarship and a one-year internship at Chery South Africa post-studies. This competition is a great opportunity for young individuals to showcase their talent and reach for their dreams, while inspiring others to do the same.

Challenge Accepted!

We challenge you to create an advertising concept for the TIGGO 4 Pro that will captivate South Africa. The winning concept will not only WIN the scholarship valued at R250,000 and a one-year internship at Chery South Africa, but will also take the spotlight in Chery South Africa’s advertising campaigns, reaching audiences far and wide.
