In August of 2025 MyPR began a simple programme to raise the visibility our featured press releases.

We did this by adding a Simple ‘Table of Contents’ to each paid for press release.

Table of Contents:

Essentially the Table of Contents makes use of recommended SEO/GEO techniques that make it easier for the various bots to recognise important sections of each release vis the use of Heading Tags.

There must be four or more headings in order to trigger the Table of Contents.

Now, we know that not all the increase in traffic from AI Assistants can be attributed to a relatively small number of Table of Contents in each featured release but on gut feel know that we are on the right track.

The Top Three AI Assistants ‘hitting’ MyPR are:

  1. ChatGPT (by a country mile)
  2. Copilot
  3. Gemini
