The post Xolani Khumalo Found Not Guilty as Court Upholds the Rule of Law appeared first on ActionSA.

The court has found Clir Xolani Khumalo not guilty on all charges, confirming that justice has prevailed.

ActionSA has maintained a firm position since charges were laid against its mayoral candidate, Clir Xolani Khumalo, and has supported him throughout this trial.

This politically motivated case was a retaliation by those linked to drug syndicates that have invested heavily in destroying the youth of this country.

Unable to stop Clir Khumalo’s community work, they sought to undermine him by ensuring he spent more time in court than dismantling drug operations.

The desperate attempt to intimidate Clir Khumalo exposes the panic of corrupt syndicates that have looted Ekurhuleni with impunity for years.

Their reign of lawlessness is now being challenged by a crime fighter who refuses to stand by while criminals destroy our communities.

Clir Xolani Khumalo will now focus fully on his mayoral campaign, engaging with residents across Ekurhuleni and working tirelessly to dismantle drug syndicates in our communities

To the residents of Ekurhuleni: Clir Xolani Khumalo is ready to deliver services to every community, nd he can only do so with your mandate in November.

Yebo – yes [yeh-boh] Often expressed as a double positive by combining it with the English “yes” in “Yebo, Yes!” or as an extremely expressive “Yeeebo!” This Zulu word is used regularly in South Africa to show agreement or approval with something or someone.
