A reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Projects Team Member who supports the planning and completion of repairs, upgrades, and facility improvements. Contributes to project coordination, follows safety and quality standards, and works collaboratively to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to specification.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

  • Attend to call outs on e-service Now.
  • Assess the breakdown/callout.
  • Do repair and/ or call a contractor.
  • Create Purchase Enquiry Forms (PEF’s).
  • Validate Commercial Evaluations.
  • Send documents for PR and PO, or
  • Create Project Justifications (PJ’s)
  • Send documents for WBS and PO.
  • E-Service Now monitoring for Maintenance calls…

Training Programs: Various institutions offer training programs for journalists to
enhance their skills in digital reporting and multimedia storytelling.
